Party Season is on! We love it, we wait all year for it, and here it comes! Now, to participate in loads f parties, you'll need nice versatile outfits - and you want to look different every time, right? First of all, you need to know what kind of social occassions you will be going to, is there gig in plan, some house party, or a theme-party? You should get it all covered! Now, every occassion needs different wardrobe, you don't necessarily want to go in your best suite / dress to a wild gig, do you :)
House party is perfect to show off your best clothes: beutiful dress, white shirt with a tie, best shoes and full make-up. It's easy, all you need to think about is not to spill wine all over you (or no-one else, too).
If you need good practical clothes for a gig, you will need put more to it, first, you'll need layered clothing, graphic t-shirt or vest for indoor dancing, and some hoodie or jacket on the way home. Theme Party - oh, we love it, dressing up as 70s ABBA fan, Elton John, or comic relief :) It's loads of fun, and you can wear clothes you haven't seen for ages- go wild, wear the old red flared trousers, flower shirt, sequin belt, big hat and glasses, the more the merrier!

There's few simple tips you could apply to brick your way to become true Rockabilly Scene Queen. First of all, get some fab 40s style frock - we recommend hot pink or red with black polka dots, corset top and loads of layers on the bottom. This kind of dress should be well designed and flattering so shop around to find the Ultimate One :) This kind of dress should be worn with beautiful pair of heels - choose black or pink, or if you bear it, go for devilish red - very Rockabilly!
Now the hair - if you've got long hair, go for Kelly Brooks curly waves, with some flower detail on the side. If your hair is a bit shorter, wear it as Christina Aguillera with red Paisley bandana - this look rocks!
The make-up - it's an essential part of Rockabilly Scene Queen look, so choose it carefully. It's all about red nail polish, red or pink lips and loads of eye-shadow! Think Amy Winehouse with a bit of tempering, just don't follow all her footsteps :)
